You have a life, a family, a job, a pet, hobbies and you also need enough sleep. That’s why, as your trail running coach, I take the time to adapt your training to your life.

Your training programme for your next trail race adapts to you and your needs.

It works because I take time for you and look at your life from a holistic perspective. It also works because you take responsibility for your own training.

I do not promise you any miracles. Rather, we will develop you together – with each other, at eye level.

Paper (and a website) is very patient. Before you get to know me, take a look at my philosophy as a running coach. And if you like what you read, then write to me! The best way to find out if we’re a good match is to get to know each other personally in a video call.

Who’s behind it?

I’m Vicky, an enthusiastic trail and ultra runner, certified esa running instructor with Swiss Athletics and host of the running podcast Lucky Trails. With my team on eight paws, I’m out on the trails whenever possible. Until recently our home was in the Alps, now we live on the east coast of the USA.
