The philosophy of Lucky Trails

Coaching for trail runners at Lucky Trails is based on three principles – each of which is equally valuable and important to me personally.

Taking small steps towards the big goal.

Distance and speed are not the most important training goals in my coaching. Together we train in small steps and bring you closer to your goal – every single day.

Always here for you, unconditionally.

I am here for you. I’m not only interested in what you do in terms of sport, but also how you feel and what your everyday life looks like. And if something changes, let me know – we’ll find a solution.

First the person, then the sport.

The focus is always on you. No plan generated automatically can really do justice to your life. Your training should adapt to you and your life, not the other way round!

Our Community – Lucky Trails Running Team

Running is an individual sport. But exchanging ideas with other athletes is valuable. That’s why you have the opportunity to network with other team members. In our private Facebook group, you can arrange to run together or share pictures from the weekend. In the Strava Club you can follow the training of other athletes and get inspiration for your next long run. And in the weekly Team Call you can discuss your questions directly with other athletes.
Of course, all community offers are optional!

Your training routine adapts to you and your needs.

Together we will find out what works best for you and what makes you happy. No matter what your goal is. Is it your first 10km run, your first taste of ultra, or do you just want to incorporate regular training into your daily routine to increase your overall fitness?

How do I join the Lucky Trails Running Team?

The foundation of our partnership is getting to know each other. We can chat in a video call and you can tell me more about yourself in the athlete form.

Afterwards you will receive your personal training log, individually adapted to you. This is not an automatically generated plan. Every day you give feedback directly in the diary – I react to your feedback and adjust your training if necessary.

Your training log

To ensure that your training fits your life, regular feedback of yours is important! You can give your feedback directly in the training log. Daily is best, but if that doesn’t work, you can of course only give feedback every two or three days.
