For who is the coaching suitable?
My coaching packages are aimed at runners who want to better structure their running training. The coaching is suitable for beginners as well as for experienced runners. The reason for this is that we define objectives together that suit you and adjust your daily training routine to them. No two plans are the same!
How can I pay?
You can pay using PayPal, Venmo or bank transfer. Currently I accept the following currencies: Swiss Franc, Euro and US Dollar.
How long does coaching last?
That depends on you. The Basic package must be booked for at least three months. The premium package can also be used on a monthly basis. A change between the packages is possible, but I personally want a long-term cooperation, because this is the only way I can really get to know you and help you achieve your goals. I want to accompany you on your way and not run an on-off relationship with you.
Is there a trial subscription?
There is no trial subscription, but our first conversation is always free and without obligation. In the first conversation, I will tell you how the daily coaching routine works and you can ask your questions and tell me your personal wishes. Of course, you can start with a three-month basic package and change to the premium package at any time – and vice versa.
